Working with developers, companies, and public organizations, CI pre-qualifies projects for EB-5 funding and then raises capital from investors around the world.

Lending Criteria

CI requires that projects adhere to the following criteria:

All projects must have a $10 million loan minimum
All loans are structured as interest-only with a 5-year term
All projects typically should include a public sector funding component, such as grants or tax credits
All loans should be secured by real estate or other physical improvements, personal guarantees, or corporate guarantees, depending on the borrower
Project must create 20 permanent US jobs per $1 million invested
